Should I consider a salt water pool?
The majority of pools that we build today are salt-chlorinated pools. Despite the name, salt water pools are not chlorine-free. Salt-chlorinated pools create their own chlorine through the process of electrolysis. Salt water pools are 1/10th as salty as the ocean; however, the salt provides many advantages and their popularity continues to grow daily. Since chlorine levels are much lower in salt water pools, the water is much gentler on the eyes, skin, and hair while the water leaves skin feeling silky smooth to the touch. A salt-chlorinating system is initially more costly than a standard chlorine pool; however, the maintenance costs are just about equal. While regular maintenance is still required, salt-chlorinated pools do require less maintenance than chlorinated pools.

What are our payment terms?
Each and every one of our agreements includes a comprehensive payment schedule so there is never any guesswork when it comes to making payments. We operate under and strictly adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) in California. To begin, we require only the deposit allowed by law, with payments due upon the completion of each phase as the project progresses. In other words, we only ask for payment after we have earned it!
What about servicing the pool?
We recommend hiring a knowledgeable skilled regularly scheduled pool maintenance service, typically once weekly, to help maintain a clean and healthy swimming environment. Having your pool monitored and serviced at least weekly will help keep chemicals balanced, filters, skimmers, and baskets clean, and the pool floor brushed and vacuumed.
